Michele Carey, also known as Michele Lee Henson, is the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr, who was a doctor, and Thelma Burell Henson. She was born in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America and was born on the 26th of February 1942. When she was in her teens, Michele was an accomplished pianist. At the age of thirteen she won a contest during the Chicago Music Festival. The family moved to Fort Collins in Colorado, and she finished her secondary schooling in Fort Collins High School in 1960. In order to pursue her dream, she moved to Los Angeles. Her initial career path was modeling as she got hired by the top modeling agency, Powers agency. While still modeling her passion grew, and she began to become more attracted to acting. She caught the eye of Hollywood producers while she was doing it. Her first appearance on TV was with The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Michele who turned out to be one of the most famous American entertainers started her career as a model and was employed by the Powers agency, before moving into acting, in 1964, in the series The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Her performance on El Dorado 1966 as the protagonist, Josephine Joey MacDonald who brought the spotlight to her. Acting roles in the 1960s and 70s made her an acclaimed actress.
